“I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Dunkin’ Brands. I received a promotional item to thank me for my participation.”
So you already know this, but I love my sweets! When Dunkin' Donuts announced they were coming to California, it caused a huge stir and I was so excited to try out my new hometown shop. In fact, you may have heard that there were lines around the block with old and new fans alike! I'm still figuring out my favorite item on the menu, so I'm due back for many return trips. Do you have a fave?
So what am I sharing with you today? If you are lucky enough to have a location nearby, you might already know about the DD Perks program. If not, let me give you a quick rundown. It is especially good for everyone who makes Dunkin' Donuts a part of their normal morning routine, and peeps like me who are menu explorers! Also, there is an extra perk for everyone who signs up by December 5th, that you'll definitely want to hear about!
Basically, with DD Perks, you earn 5 points for every dollar you spend when you pay using an enrolled Dunkin’ Donuts Card. The card can be either a physical plastic card or via the Dunkin’ Mobile® App. Then, once you earn 200 points, you receive a coupon for a beverage of your choice. Easy peasy! I think the hard part will be deciding what your free beverage will be! :)
Also, with the Mobile App, it is super simple to enroll cards into the loyalty program. Since Dunkin' Donut is obviously all about speed and convenience, they were the first national coffee retailer to enable people to send virtual gift cards three ways: text, e-mail and Facebook Connect. They're all about incorporating themselves into their customer's lives.
I mentioned a promo that is running today through Friday, December 5th that you will definitely want to take advantage of. If you enroll in DD Perks using the unique Promo Code BLOG, you get $5 just for signing up! The offer is only valid until December 5th, so make sure to sign up lickety split!
Now let's get Dunkin'!
